Cliff Walk House
When A4 Architecture + Planning, Inc. was engaged to transform a 1950s cape into a “Newport Shingle Style Mansion,” the owner’s budget was limited. A4 solved the challenge by building on either side of the existing structure, leaving much of the home intact while still completely transforming the look of it.

Seaverge Carriage House
This carriage house harnesses the historic character of the Ocean Drive Historic District while immersing the visitor into its nautical setting. This structure serves as additional bunking when the whole family is visiting, or a gathering space when guests are over.
